Katie BaileyThe Credit Union Impact Foundation is relaunching its quarterly peer meetings as the Credit Union Impact Exchange, creating a space for credit union professionals to connect, learn from one another, and help shape the Foundation’s future resources and programming.
Formerly known as the Foundation X Change Huddles, the group is expanding beyond professionals who work within formal credit union foundations. The Credit Union Impact Exchange is open to anyone whose role touches community impact, community development, financial wellness, philanthropy, charitable giving, foundation efforts, or related work.
Rather than another webinar, the quarterly meetings will center on two-way conversation. Participants will discuss what they are seeing in their communities, exchange practical ideas and resources, and learn from their peers. Their input will also help the Credit Union Impact Foundation continue adapting its grants, programs, and resources to credit unions’ evolving needs.
The first meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, October 20, at 2:00 p.m. ET / 1:00 p.m. CT. Participants will reconnect with the Foundation, discuss current community needs and priorities, and help shape future quarterly conversations.
Credit unions are encouraged to share the invitation with colleagues across departments whose work contributes to community impact.
