For 2026 Kelsie Davis Memorial Leadership Journey Scholarship recipient Elly Arnold, Community Engagement Specialist at AmFirst, the experience was about growing as a leader while building relationships that will last throughout her career.

Through Leadership College and EMERGE, Elly had the opportunity to expand her leadership skills and connect with emerging leaders and movement leaders from across The League.
“The relationships are truly where I found the most joy in the experience. Being able to learn from so many incredible movement leaders and the relationship formed with the other recipients of the scholarship has been so special and is one that I know I will carry on for the rest of my leadership journey!”
