Katie BaileyApplications are now open for the 2027 Kelsie Davis Memorial Leadership Journey Scholarship, an opportunity designed to support emerging leaders across the credit union movement.
Created in honor of Kelsie Davis and her legacy of compassion, mentorship, and commitment to ‘People Helping People,’ the scholarship provides recipients with a two-year leadership development experience focused on building their skills, expanding their networks, and preparing them for future leadership opportunities.
The scholarship provides registration funding for a two-year leadership development path. During the first year, recipients will attend EMERGE and Leadership College, followed by Executive Institute in year two. This long-term investment is designed to equip emerging professionals with the skills, perspective, and network needed to grow into Vice President and C-Suite roles within the movement.
Past recipients have experienced firsthand the impact of this opportunity.
“Receiving this scholarship had a tremendous impact on my leadership journey, starting off with the confidence it gave me. Being selected was such an honor, it really empowered me to believe in myself and my potential as a leader,” said Ashleigh Ash, Project Manager at Family Savings Credit Union, a 2026 scholarship recipient.
