The registration deadline for the Enhanced Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) is Thursday, May 7.
Credit unions looking to strengthen their impact on member financial well-being still have time to enroll staff in this program, designed for those working in financial counseling, collections, lending, and other member-facing roles. FiCEP equips participants with the tools to support budgeting, savings, debt management, and long-term financial planning.
Taking place June 3 – September 23, the program combines self-paced learning with biweekly webinars and concludes with a proctored exam to earn the Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation.
Participants receive access to a full suite of resources, including live and recorded webinars, practice quizzes, exam preparation, and an online community for peer connection, along with additional training and support to enhance the learning experience.
With discounted pricing available for League member credit unions, FiCEP offers a practical way to invest in staff development while enhancing the value delivered to members.
