Registration is now open for an immersive executive leadership experience through Milan, Reggio Emilia, Florence, and Rome.

Designed for leaders who value learning through global perspective, cooperative insight, and meaningful conversation, this eight-day journey blends leadership development with cultural immersion. Participants will engage with international leaders, explore the roots of the cooperative movement, and gain insights they can bring back to their credit unions.

Highlights include a private exploration of the Milan Cathedral, conversations with cooperative leaders in Reggio Emilia, and leadership reflection inspired by the innovation and history of Florence and Rome. Along the way, attendees will build meaningful connections with fellow executives while exploring how cooperative principles translate across cultures and industries.
