Hosted by The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates in partnership with the Nebraska Credit Union League, this two-day virtual training offers credit union professionals an opportunity to strengthen their Individual Retirement Account (IRA) knowledge and build confidence in handling IRA transactions.
Led by Debbie Shipman, ERISA Analyst at Ascensus, the training features two sessions tailored to different experience levels. Day 1 covers IRA essentials for beginners, while Day 2 explores advanced topics, including required minimum distributions, beneficiary options, and IRA portability.
Participants can attend one day or both, with practical exercises throughout each session to reinforce learning and apply concepts to real-world situations.
