Registration Now Open for 2027 Professional Development Programs

Registration is officially open for two of The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates’ premier professional development opportunities: Leadership College and Executive Institute. Each program is designed to support credit union professionals as they strengthen their leadership skills, expand their capabilities, and prepare for greater responsibility within their organizations.

Leadership College
Who Should Attend
: Emerging and Mid-Level Leaders

Leadership College is an immersive leadership development program created exclusively for League members. Led by nationally respected credit union leadership expert Michael Neill, the program helps participants strengthen the skills needed to lead people, improve performance, and build effective teams.

Centered around four key pillars, People, Performance, Process, and Personal Mastery, Leadership College provides practical tools and strategies participants can apply immediately within their credit unions. Through interactive sessions, participants will explore coaching, communication, trust-building, goal setting, time management, and team performance.

Participants who successfully complete the program, group project, and required coursework will earn the Credit Union Leadership Coach (CULC) designation.

Executive Institute
Who Should Attend: High-Potential and Senior Leaders

Executive Institute offers an Organizational Design and Change Management (ODCM) certification for leaders responsible for guiding strategy, organizational effectiveness, and transformation. The program equips participants with practical tools and frameworks to navigate change, strengthen organizational health, and lead at the enterprise level.

Led by organizational change and strategic leadership expert Dr. Brandi Stankovic, Executive Institute centers around four leadership pillars: Competence, Communication, Change, and Cooperation. Participants will explore strategic thinking, organizational design, executive communication, transformation, culture, collaboration, and enterprise-level decision-making.

Participants who successfully complete the program, project, and capstone presentation will earn the Organizational Design and Change Management (ODCM) certification.
