Sydney Seral Recognized as One of The Advocacy Association’s Top 20 in 2025 Advocacy Professionals

Sydney Seral, Chief Advocacy Officer at The League, has been recognized as one of The Advocacy Association’s Top 20 in 2025 Advocacy Professionals. This prestigious honor celebrates leaders who are advancing public affairs through meaningful accomplishments and impact.

Sydney’s leadership has strengthened advocacy across the credit union movement. She established a transparent process to set annual priorities, expanded the role of state and federal advocacy committees, and launched the Advocacy Ambassadors program to prepare C-Suite leaders as strong advocates. Her efforts have mobilized more than 40,000 messages to Congress defending the credit union tax status, created Advocacy Communities to support advocates at every stage, and built systems to track both major legislation and daily bills.
