The League recently launched the Advocacy Ambassador Executive Program, a premier seven-month, invite-only course designed for credit union C-Suite leaders. Built with executive demands and perspectives in mind, the program challenges participants to expand their advocacy engagement, deepen their knowledge, and drive meaningful impact for the credit union movement.
Led by The League’s legislative, grassroots engagement, and regulatory and legal experts, together with League President Samantha Beeler, the program provides strategies, resources, and insights for leaders at all levels of advocacy experience. Participants will have the opportunity to strengthen relationships with peers and policymakers, gain targeted education, and develop an advocacy plan that aligns with their individual goals and the priorities of their credit unions.
At its core, the Advocacy Ambassador Executive Program reflects the credit union philosophy of People Helping People. Every day, credit unions across the U.S. open their doors to serve individuals, families, and small businesses. This program extends that mission by empowering executives to collaborate, learn, and advocate for policies that preserve, protect, and promote the credit union difference.
Through this experience, executives not only advance their own leadership but also help shape the future of the credit union movement, ensuring its continued strength and relevance for generations to come.
