Applications are now open for the 2027 Emerging Professional Network Leadership, Education, Advocacy, Development (EPN LEAD) Program.
EPN LEADs is a leadership experience designed to engage, develop, and connect emerging professionals across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Virginia.
The program gives participants opportunities to build leadership skills, expand their professional networks, learn from experienced credit union leaders, and connect with other emerging professionals throughout The League’s footprint.
For 2026 EPN LEAD Jaylen Boney, those connections became one of the most meaningful parts of the experience.
“There’s so much solidarity within our group. We truly are a family, and that’s what we became in just the short week we were together at ENGAGE.”
Jaylen also reflected on the importance of being present and building meaningful moments with the people around you.
“The way we serve our members creates moments of magic, and the way we interact internally with one another creates moments of magic as well.”
