Lizeth GeorgeServiStar Consulting and the League of Southeastern Credit Unions (LSCU) have partnered to offer the 2024 Leadership College. Customized exclusively for LSCU members, this program takes new and emerging managers and transforms them into confident, competent, high-performing leaders who will develop their leadership style, deploy core coaching skills, and maximize employee engagement and performance.
The 2024 Leadership College program runs from March to September and is limited to 25 participants per state. Each participant will build competencies and retain newly acquired skills through live training, in-person workshops, homework assignments, a capstone project/presentation, and more. This unique training and experience will allow each participant to develop a network of peers from across the credit union movement and grow lifelong colleagues in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
