Mark Your Calendars for the 2022 Georgia Advocacy Conference

Registration is now open for the 2022 Georgia Advocacy Conference at the James H. “Sloppy” Floyd Building in Atlanta, Georgia on January 25, 2022. Join fellow credit unions for information on current topics being discussed at the state level in advocacy for credit unions. Hear from key state officials, state banking department officials, and have the opportunity to network with legislators at this one-of-a-kind event.

Check out the agenda below:

  • Republican and Democrat strategists, Brian Robinson and Tharon Johnson, return again as we look ahead at the 2022 Election Year in Georgia with newly drawn Congressional and State Legislative district maps.
  • Hear about what credit unions can expect in 2022 from the Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Kemp, Bert Brantley.
  • Georgia’s Attorney General, Chris Carr, will address what his office is doing to address the problem of abuse and exploitation of elders in our communities.
  • Credit unions will hear from the top state regulators when they discuss the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance’s top priorities and examination focus for 2022.

The event costs $169 per attendee and $109 per member of the Young Professionals Group.
