AUX, a wholly owned subsidiary of LEVERAGE and The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with the owners of Comply-YES!, a Michigan-based Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), to combine their expertise and client relationships.
Clients of Comply-YES! will continue to receive the high-quality service, responsiveness, and support they rely on today. The transition is designed to be seamless, with additional resources and expertise available through AUX Compliance.
This agreement enhances service delivery and supports the evolving regulatory needs facing credit unions, while preserving the high-touch service model credit unions expect.

Compliance services will be delivered through AUX, a wholly owned subsidiary of LEVERAGE. AUX Compliance currently supports more than 60 credit unions across 31 states, in addition to providing a full range of back-office solutions, including accounting and CFO advisory services.
