The Office of Small Credit Unions continues to welcome participants to its Small Credit Union Mentorship Network, an ongoing program designed to foster collaboration, strengthen professional connections, and provide practical support for credit unions across the movement.
The network connects leaders from small credit unions with experienced peers at larger institutions to share knowledge in key operational areas, including lending, compliance, operations, and technology. By bringing credit unions together, the program creates opportunities to exchange ideas, solve challenges, and learn from real-world experiences.
Small credit unions with assets of $150 million or less are encouraged to participate as mentees, while larger credit unions can share their expertise by serving as mentors. Together, participants help strengthen not only individual institutions but the credit union movement as a whole.
