Emerging Professionals Gather for Advocacy Event in Northern Virginia

The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates hosted an advocacy event in northern Virginia for emerging professionals. Forty advocates from Apple Federal Credit Union, Justice Federal Credit Union, and Northwest Federal Credit Union gathered to hear from Delegates Holly Seibold (D-12) and Irene Shin (D-08) about the importance of advocacy and how to engage in the legislative process. The session also highlighted opportunities for participants to get involved in The League’s advocacy efforts and the Emerging Professionals Network.
