The MCOE analyzes data to better understand underserved consumers; develops new strategies and products to serve credit unions and their members; and builds coalitions with other entities to support similar efforts.

With the increasingly diverse U.S. population, Hernandez asks, “Is your credit union prepared?” He takes a closer look at multicultural population trends and explores the implications this has on financial services. The goal is to dispel some myths and develop a greater understanding of this important lens into the communities our credit unions serve.

The webinar will also share tools to help individual credit unions better understand the diversity within their memberships and the specific communities they serve. To register, click here.
