Invest in the Growth of your Leaders and Credit Unions
The 2025 Leadership College is a comprehensive, immersive program designed for those ready to step into higher leadership roles. Facilitated by ServiStar Consulting, this program focuses on developing personal leadership styles, enhancing coaching skills, and driving employee engagement and performance. The program kicks off with a virtual session, followed by in-person leadership sessions:

April 29 – 30: Atlanta, Georgia
May 6 – 7: Birmingham, Alabama
May 13 – 14: Tampa, Florida
Through the curriculum, which has been developed in collaboration with the Filene Research Institute, participants will gain the confidence and competence needed to lead effectively in today’s evolving workplace. This program is ideal for seasoned managers looking to fine-tune their leadership abilities.
Building the Next Generation of Leaders
For those newer to leadership roles, the Emerging Leaders Academy offers a tailored curriculum designed to build essential leadership skills in new and emerging managers. This five-month virtual program is packed with interactive workshops and coaching strategies to help participants develop as confident, capable leaders within their teams.
The following virtual sessions will take place throughout the program:
Virtual Session 1: September 11, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET.
Virtual Session 2: September 25, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET.
Virtual Session 3: October 9, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET.
Virtual Session 4: October 23, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET.
Virtual Session 5: November 6, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET.
The Emerging Leaders Academy focuses on essential skills, such as coaching and team dynamics, to prepare participants to make an immediate impact in their organizations. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to grow as leaders and expand their professional toolkit.
