Each program is designed to support credit union professionals at every stage of their leadership journey, from emerging talent to experienced executives.

EMERGE

Who Should Attend: Emerging Credit Union Professionals
EMERGE is a three-day experience focused on learning, networking, and hands-on professional development. Participants will explore the foundations of the credit union movement, leadership essentials, communication skills, and cooperative principles. The program helps rising leaders strengthen their readiness and expand their industry perspective.

Leadership College
Who Should Attend: Emerging Professionals, Managers
Leadership College is an immersive, research-backed management development program created exclusively for League members. Managers will refine their leadership style, practice coaching skills, and elevate team performance. The program is led by nationally respected credit union leadership expert Mike Neill, whose practical and engaging approach guides every session.
Participants will also attend the 2026 EMERGE Conference as part of Session 1, building a strong foundation for their Leadership College experience.

Executive Institute
Who Should Attend: CEOs, C-Suite, Senior Leaders, Managers
The Executive Institute offers an Organizational Design and Change Management Executive Certification for leaders responsible for guiding strategy and organizational effectiveness. This multi-month program equips participants with the tools to manage change, strengthen operational frameworks, and drive long-term success.
The program features Dr. Brandi Stankovic, a nationally recognized expert in organizational change and strategic leadership whose dynamic education style supports meaningful professional growth for executives and CEOs.
