INSPIRE 2025 Delivers Energy, Engagement, and Empowered Leadership

Powered by the alliance between The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates, Carolinas Credit Union League, and the Global Women’s Leadership Network (GWLN), the INSPIRE Conference brought more than 200 women and their allies to Charlotte, North Carolina, for three days of inspiration, leadership, and connection.

Attendees experienced a dynamic mix of keynotes, Tina Talks, and workshops that encouraged bold thinking and personal growth. Highlights included Dima Ghawi’s message on daring to thrive, Nicole Greer’s session on creating a vibrant life and career, and The Chat, where executives shared candid lessons from their leadership journeys.

Networking events, including the philanthropic reception and boutique, added opportunities to connect while supporting causes such as the Period Project, Girl Scouts Hornets’ Nest, and Designed for Joy.

Through the generosity of the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation, scholarships were awarded to emerging leaders and small credit unions, ensuring greater access to the event. With its focus on energy, engagement, and elevation, INSPIRE 2025 left participants motivated to return to their credit unions and communities ready to lead with confidence.

Save the date for INSPIRE 2026, scheduled for October 26–28, 2026.
