‘Flip the Classroom’ course helps CU teams rewire, reduce stress

LSCU has partnered with the Michigan Credit Union League to bring you Flip the Classroom: a three-part collaborative series based on the book “Rewire Your Anxious Brain.”

With COVID, politics, remote learning, isolation, and so much more, everyone is under overwhelming pressure. We’re pleased to present this option as an option to help your team members.

Join us for an insightful three-part series that focuses on the therapist-recommended book “Rewire Your Anxious Brain.” Learn about your own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to reduce stress and anxiety and, ultimately, improve mental health.

Speaker Clair Ladaga is a certified corporate training facilitator based in Grand Rapids, Mich., and a graduate of both Central Michigan University’s psychology program and the Young American College of Performing Arts. Mental health awareness is one of her passions, and she remains focused on sharing her deep understanding of this important topic.

2 p.m. – 3 p.m. ET
Learn to recognize patterns in anxiety that matter in the workplace

DAY 3 | April 1
