graduates of coaching collegeThe LSCU congratulates recent graduates of Birmingham Coaching College, which began in February and which holds sessions quarterly at Legacy Community FCU in Birmingham, Ala. The college focused on:

  • The Role of a Coach
  • Coaching your employees through times of change
  • Coaching for sales and service excellence
  • Coaching the challenging employe

Each participant received a 360-evaluation report and one-on-one coaching sessions with facilitator, Rick Olson. The Coaching College was designed to help develop the next generation of strong leaders for the industry, while fostering relationships among our credit unions. The experience positively affected participants and their credit unions, while also creating greater awareness and engagement for the industry.
