The award recognizes credit unions advancing digital transformation through inclusive, innovative, and scalable solutions that promote financial inclusion.
USF Credit Union’s efforts stood out for their use of digital tools to reach underserved communities, enhance member experience, and streamline operations. The award is part of World Council’s Challenge 2025 initiative to grow digital adoption across the global credit union system.
