USF Credit Union Board Chair Honored with Distinguished Director Award

Dr. Rick Will, board chair of USF Credit Union, has been selected as the 2025 CUES Distinguished Director Award recipient.

The CUES Distinguished Director Award recognizes a board or committee member whose leadership has strengthened their credit union. Dr. Rick Will embodies the qualities of an engaged, forward-thinking, value-driven leader who is deeply committed to the mission of people helping people. As board chair, he has strengthened the USF Credit Union board through active participation, thoughtful governance, and by fostering strategic dialogue among his peers. Dr. Will also advocates for the cooperative model beyond his credit union to elevate industry conversations.

The CUES Distinguished Director Award will be presented at the CUES Directors Conference on December 7–10,  in San Diego, California. The CUES Outstanding Chief Executive and CUES Hall of Fame induction will take place at the CUES Symposium on February 1–5, 2026, in Wailea, Hawaii.
