Katie BaileyTropical Financial Credit Union (TFCU), a not-for-profit financial institution based in Broward County, has once again been named one of the Top Workplaces in South Florida by the South Florida Sun Sentinel, marking its eighth consecutive year making the prestigious list. This year, thousands of employees from companies across South Florida participated in the confidential survey administered by a third party on behalf of the Sun Sentinel. This year, about 70% of employees took the survey, which measures areas such as workplace culture, leadership, employee engagement, benefits and opportunities for advancement.
