LGE Community Credit Union Awards $17,500 in Scholarships to Local High School Students

LGE Community Credit Union in Marietta, Georgia, recently announced the recipients of its 2025 Scholarship Program, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to education and community support. The program recognizes exceptional high school seniors across Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Floyd, Fulton, Gordon, and Paulding counties, awarding each a $2,500 scholarship to support their academic journeys.

This year’s recipients are:

  • Justin Allen, Fellowship Christian School
  • Lloyd Nicholson, Gordon Central High School
  • Emily Padtha, Allatoona High School
  • Joseph Shipley, Cherokee High School
  • Katherine Spinner, Woodland High School
  • Alli Tyra, North Paulding High School
  • Nerida Velasquez, Marietta High School
