With an average payout of $306 per member, this marks the largest annual distribution in AFCU’s history, reflecting the credit union’s commitment to its “People Helping People” philosophy.
Since the program’s inception in 1993 under then-CEO Mike Harrell, AFCU has returned more than $46.9 million to its approximately 8,700 members, emphasizing its dedication to exceptional service and giving back to the employees, retirees, and families of American Cast Iron Pipe Company and its subsidiaries.
