The first course, Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing (SAFE) Act and Regulation G Overview, is now available for a special rate of $49. Participants will explore:
- The purpose and scope of the SAFE Act
- Registration and renewal requirements
- Policy and procedure expectations
- Public disclosure of Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) unique identifiers
Additional July courses include:
- Unmasking the Threat Within – A closer look at internal fraud risks and prevention strategies
- Regulation B: Equal Credit Opportunity Act – Covers anti-discrimination requirements, monitoring information, and adverse action notices
