Formerly known as the Young Professional of the Year Award, this honor recognizes rising talent within affiliated credit unions who are shaping the future of the movement through innovation, leadership, and dedication. Specific criteria can be found in the 2024 The League Awards brochure.
The Emerging Professional of the Year Award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated exceptional service and leadership while advancing the credit union philosophy.
Nominees must demonstrate:
- A commitment to professional growth and advancing credit union knowledge.
- Leadership in member or community-focused initiatives.
- Activities that exemplify the credit union philosophy.
One individual from The League’s footprint will be recognized, unless the Awards Committee determines otherwise.
Winners will be notified confidentially, and The League Awards will be presented during the 2025 ENGAGE Conference in Orlando, Florida, from June 10 – 13.
