Katie BaileyNavy Federal Credit Union and Keys Federal Credit Union have been named the 2025 Navy Distinguished Credit Unions of the Year by the Department of the Navy. Navy Federal was recognized for its operations at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek–Fort Story, while Keys Federal was honored for its service at Naval Air Station Key West.
Presented annually by the U.S. Navy Installations Command, the award recognizes on-base financial institutions that have demonstrated exceptional service to the Navy community during the previous calendar year. Recipients are selected based on recommendations from installation commanders, with awards presented in separate asset-size categories.
