League System Launches Cybersecurity Awareness Toolkit

The League System has released a complimentary Cybersecurity Awareness Toolkit designed to help credit unions promote safe online habits, fraud awareness, and digital security.

The customizable resources can be used in member communications, staff education, community outreach, and fraud prevention initiatives. The toolkit is intended to support Cybersecurity Awareness Month in October, with campaigns focused on identifying scams, protecting accounts, preventing identity theft, and shopping safely online.

Credit unions should consider incorporating the materials into existing member education and cybersecurity awareness efforts.

The toolkit is available to credit unions of all charter types and can supplement existing cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and member education programs. It is a resource rather than a new regulatory requirement.
