Georgia’s Own Running in NACUSO Board Elections

In an era of rapid digital disruption, this collaborative spirit is more critical than ever—as is advocacy. The League is proud to see that Brandee Bickle, Vice President of Governmental Affairs and Executive Projects at Georgia’s Own Credit Union, is being considered for the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (NACUSO) Board.

NACUSO, the trade association for Credit Union Service Organizations (CUSOs), works to foster a positive environment for the credit union industry. Brandee is involved in various NACUSO initiatives, including the Resident-Owned Communities (ROC) subgroup, America’s Credit Unions’ Federal Advocacy Committee, America’s Credit Unions’ Grassroots Task Force, and The League’s State Advocacy Committee for Georgia.

Alongside NACUSO, Brandee has advocated for the modernization of credit union regulations to encourage stronger partnerships between credit unions and fintech. She has also worked to build relationships with national and state leaders, securing support for the industry and developing advocacy strategies.

For NACUSO members, please note that the election is open until Friday, March 28. The League wishes Brandee the best of luck in the election.
