The credit union was previously recognized in 2024 with several Top Workplaces honors, including the Inside Business Top Workplaces Award for Hampton Roads for the sixth consecutive year, as well as the Salt Lake Tribune Top Workplaces Award in Utah for the fifth consecutive year. Chartway Credit Union was also recognized with the Top Workplaces Cultural Excellence Award in fall 2024, which highlighted employee appreciation, innovation, leadership, and a strong sense of purpose and values.
