Celebrate Excellence: The League Awards Are Officially Open

The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates is thrilled to announce that the nomination portal for The League Awards is now open! These prestigious awards honor the outstanding contributions of professionals, leaders, and credit unions across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Virginia who exemplify the spirit of the credit union movement. Additionally, The League is excited to unveil new and updated categories for The League Awards. You can find the specific criteria for each award category listed in the 2025 The League Awards brochure.

Rooted in the philosophy of “people helping people,” the League Awards celebrate innovation, leadership, and dedication to improving members’ financial well-being and strengthening communities. The nomination portal will remain open until Friday, March 14, at 5:00 p.m. ET.

Affiliated members are encouraged to submit nominations for the following categories:

  • Credit Union of the Year
  • Distinguished Service
  • Professional of the Year
  • Emerging Professional of the Year
  • Advocate of the Year

Winners will be notified confidentially and recognized during the 2025 ENGAGE Conference in Orlando, Florida, from June 10 – 13.
