Katie BaileyApplications are open through February 9, for the 2026 CUES Emerge leadership development program, a no-cost opportunity for rising credit union professionals. The program is offered by CUES in partnership with Currency Marketing.
Designed for non-executive credit union professionals, CUES Emerge focuses on building leadership confidence, strategic thinking, and visibility. The program blends expert-led virtual classroom sessions with peer-based Mastermind discussions, giving participants both structured learning and collaborative support.
As part of the experience, participants develop a business case tied to a real opportunity or challenge within their credit union. Those who successfully complete the program earn the Certified Credit Union Manager (CCM) designation. A competition phase is also available, with select participants presenting their ideas during a live online pitch event.
