On Wednesday, the House Committee on Education and Labor Subcommittee on Workforce Protections will hold a hearing: “Restoring the Value of Work: Evaluating DOL’s Efforts to Undermine Strong Overtime Protections,” and the Senate Commerce Committee will hold a hearing: “Oversight of the Federal Communications Commission.”
