The League of Credit Unions is pleased to announce that Taylor Morison has joined the organization as Senior Director of Governmental Affairs for Georgia, supporting The League’s expanding Advocacy Team.
“Credit unions play a critical role in strengthening communities, and I am grateful for the opportunity to support that mission here in Georgia,” said Taylor Morison. “I look forward to working alongside The League’s Advocacy Team to advance policies that help our members continue to support their communities.”
Morison brings extensive experience in public policy, legislative affairs, and stakeholder engagement. He most recently served as Vice President of External Affairs for Dan T. Cathy’s Midtown Connector Project, where he led political, civic, and corporate engagement strategies and managed stakeholder relations across Georgia. Previously, he served as Director of Policy and Government Affairs at the Council for Quality Growth and earlier as Governor Nathan Deal’s lead fiscal policy analyst for the Departments of Community Affairs and Economic Development.
“The League is excited to welcome Taylor as the newest member of our Advocacy Team,” said Samantha A.M. Beeler, President of The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates. “His extensive policy experience and strong understanding of Georgia’s legislative landscape will strengthen our ability to champion credit union priorities across the Peachtree state.”
The League looks forward to Morison’s contributions to the credit union movement across Georgia.
