Katie BaileyThe League will lead credit unions from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Virginia to Washington, D.C. this September for Hike the Hill, held in coordination with America’s Credit Unions’ Congressional Caucus.
Hike the Hill is your opportunity to meet directly with lawmakers and regulators to advocate for credit union priorities and highlight the impact credit unions make in their communities. Through League briefings, regulatory meetings, and visits on Capitol Hill, attendees will help ensure credit unions have a strong voice in shaping federal policy.
Who Should Attend: CEOs, executive teams, managers, and Emerging Professional Network (EPN) members.
Cost: There is no fee to attend The League’s legislative or regulatory meetings. Participation in the full Caucus requires separate registration.
Schedule Highlights:
- Tuesday, September 9 – League briefing & regulatory meetings, followed by the Congressional Reception
- Wednesday, September 10 – Congressional Hill visits
