Common Bond Title to Continue as Stand-Alone Organization

The League and LEVERAGE are excited to announce that Common Bond Title (CBT) will transition to new ownership effective November 1, 2026, when General Manager Lynn Hightower-Moore will acquire the company.

As LEVERAGE continues to refine its offerings and focus on areas where it can deliver the greatest value and scale for credit unions, CBT was determined to be best positioned for its next chapter as a stand-alone organization rather than as part of the LEVERAGE portfolio. This structure better supports CBT’s operating model while maintaining continuity for the credit unions it serves.

Under Lynn’s ownership, the CBT team will continue serving credit unions with the same commitment, expertise, and level of service they have come to expect.

The transition positions CBT and its team for continued success while allowing LEVERAGE to remain focused on the areas where it can deliver the greatest value to its credit union partners.

Please join us in congratulating Lynn and CBT on this exciting next chapter!
