Katie BaileyArtificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping how credit unions operate, from fraud prevention and lending to member experience and internal efficiency. To better understand adoption across the movement, The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates and LEVERAGE, with research support from Cornerstone Advisors, are conducting a short industry survey.
The survey takes about five minutes to complete and is fully confidential, with results reported in aggregate only. Participants will receive a research paper on how credit unions are using AI, along with early access to key trends and practical use cases to help inform strategy and decision-making.
