The certification followed a comprehensive, anonymous Employee Happiness^® Conversation conducted through Amazing Workplace^®. With a remarkable 100% participation rate, the results revealed that 82 of 118 employees report feeling happy or very happy at work, highlighting the strength of the League’s culture and employee engagement.
