The program begins with Principles and Philosophy and introduces the Certified Credit Union Cooperator (CCUC) credential, a respected designation recognizing professionals who demonstrate strong knowledge of credit union operations, governance, and cooperative principles.
The CCUC supports:
- Professional recognition within the credit union movement
- Career growth and leadership development
- Stronger member service and operational understanding
In addition to launching the CCUC pathway, EMERGE features advocacy simulations, community engagement, and leadership discussions designed to expand perspective and build lasting industry connections.
