Applications Now Open for the 2026 EPN LEADs Program

The Emerging Professional Network Leadership, Education, Advocacy, Development (EPN LEAD) Program is now accepting applications for its 2026 cohort. Designed to engage, develop, and connect the next generation of credit union leaders across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Virginia, this yearlong leadership experience offers unmatched opportunities for emerging professionals looking to grow their impact within the movement.

The 2026 LEAD cohort will include 12 participants (three from each state) who will represent their state and The League at ENGAGE 2026 in Orlando, Florida. Participants will receive complimentary ENGAGE conference registration and attend their state’s Advocacy Summit.

Throughout the year, LEAD participants will take part in bi-monthly virtual roundtables on leadership and industry trends, state-level EPN gatherings, and a yearlong mentorship experience with a seasoned credit union leader from across the four-state footprint.

This program offers EPNs the chance to expand their network, gain valuable leadership experience, and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the credit union movement.

Applications close on Friday, December 19, with selected applicants being notified in early January.
