Applications are now open for Crash the Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) 2026, with submissions due by Monday, December 1. The Cooperative Trust’s original and largest Crash is celebrating 17 years of connecting emerging leaders with the brightest minds in the credit union movement and deepening their connection to the credit union mission.
The GAC offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience advocacy in action, hear from world-class speakers, and connect with peers and thought leaders from across the country. Conference registration is generously covered by America’s Credit Unions, while travel and lodging are the responsibility of participants.
Applicants should submit a 60-second video explaining why they want to represent their credit union and state at the GAC, using a shareable video link such as YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, or Instagram. The selection process focuses on each applicant’s passion for the credit union mission rather than video production quality, and one Crasher will be selected per state based on the credit union’s headquarters.
