New Disaster Resiliency and Recovery Resources Now Available

The Credit Union Impact Foundation is committed to supporting credit unions and their communities in times of crisis. To help institutions prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters,  we have created the Disaster Resiliency and Recovery section on our website.

This hub is designed to provide timely tools and guidance to strengthen readiness, minimize downtime, and safeguard members and staff.

Key resources include:

• Natural Disaster Crisis Communication Plan – A customizable template to help credit unions communicate effectively during a crisis.
• Business Continuity and Preparedness Tools – Access InfoSight360, combining InfoSight, PolicyPro, and RecoveryPro into one compliance and risk management resource.
• The League Disaster Hotline – Available 24/7 to provide credit unions with critical information and support when traditional channels are disrupted.
• Disaster Preparedness and Relief Grants – Grants ranging from $500–$3,000 are available to credit unions impacted by declared disasters to help meet immediate needs like food, water, shelter, and transportation.

These resources are designed to ensure that credit unions have the support needed to protect operations and serve members, even in the most challenging circumstances.
