On August 13, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. ET, join us for Reducing Conflict Through Courageous Conversations, a dynamic session designed to help credit union professionals release fear, build their “courage muscles,” and approach challenging conversations with confidence.

This session will guide attendees through self-evaluation, provide insight into the root causes of unhelpful habits, and explore the influence of ego and gossip on workplace culture. Participants will gain practical tools to start conversations on a positive note and create a culture of open, constructive communication within their teams.
