The Power of Automation Through CU NextGen

Many credit unions don’t truly understand the power of automation. The idea of relinquishing daily responsibilities, especially to bots, makes them a little apprehensive, but these digital workers are the Jacks and Jills of all trades. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots automate repetitive tasks, integrate systems 24/7, and allow credit union employees to focus on building strong member relationships. We should let the computers do what they’re good at and let the credit union employees focus on the members at hand.
