Join the CEO or Lending Councils Before the End of the Year

Join the CEO or Lending Councils by December 31, 2022, for a chance to get waived registration fees to the League of Southeastern Credit Unions (LSCU) Council Conference and the Southeastern Credit Union Conference & Expo (SCUCE) scheduled for June 13 – 16, 2023 in Orlando, Florida.

The LSCU Council program includes the following councils: Accounting and Finance, CEO, Enterprise Risk Management, Lending, Marketing/Business Development, Operations/Member Experience, Payments, and Technology.

The LSCU CEO Council brings together credit union professionals with a role of CEO. Joining the council will allow you to network with and learn from fellow CEO professionals. You’ll be able to exchange ideas, contacts and resources that will help your credit union and other LSCU credit unions thrive in the area of chief executive officer. This council will bring you (3) meetings per year, both virtual and in-person and you’ll hear from engaging and dynamic speakers that will bring you educational information on hot topics in your line of work. Along with this you’ll have access to an online networking community where countless resources will be shared that will help you excel in your field of expertise.

The LSCU Lending Council brings together CU lending professionals to discuss all issues pertinent to credit union lending – from compliance regulations to production practices. Joining the council will allow you to network with and learn from fellow lending professionals. Exchange ideas, contacts and resources to help your credit union and other LSCU credit unions thrive in the area of lending.

Council Membership includes three meetings per year, both virtual and one in-person along with access to CONNECT, which is an online platform used for sharing information, ideas, and questions. It allows for peers to share information and for LSCU, sponsors, and speakers to share valuable information with members.

The goal of the LSCU Council Program is to bring you additional networking opportunities within your specific line of work, to provide peer engagement, increase your personal and professional development, and to help you expand your knowledge through educational and training sessions.
