This workshop is designed to help aid struggling credit unions understand the process from beginning to end. During this interactive workshop we will cover how to complete your risk assessment effectively and how to use that information to risk rate your vendors. We will offer insight on how to choose vendors that best meet the needs of your credit union by reviewing and understanding what you should be looking for in those often-overwhelming contracts.
To get the most from this webinar we ask that attendees bring sample contracts from their credit unions as a tool to help guide them through the process. We will review case studies that give expectations round low, medium & high-risk vendors.
