Empowering the women who power the movement – CUWLA on Common Cents

The Credit Union Women’s Leadership Alliance is made up of leaders of the credit union movement who are passionate about sharing ideas, building a diverse, inclusive network and supporting the communities we serve.

For smaller credit unions, there are special challenges. And there are some different issues that women have to work through. So bringing the CEOs of credit unions asset sized at $300 million or less is one way to conquer those challenges together.

CUWLA agenda is specific and dynamic. Small organizations are crucial to the future of the credit union movement. Through bold, open and engaged communication and innovative ideas, we provide a safe space for women CEOs of credit unions with asset sizes of $300 million or less.
