AACUC expands 2021 Mentorship Program, seeks mentors to serve as coaches

The AACUC is currently seeking 50 mentors and 50 mentees for its 2021 program, which runs from February 2021 through October 2021. The Mentorship Program offers professional guidance and support to AACUC Members and one-on-one career support for those AACUC Members accepted into the program.

The program fosters long-term professional relationships between an up-and-coming Mentee and an experienced credit union or credit union partner professional Mentor.  This year’s program will offer mentees a complimentary one-year individual membership to CUES, the only industry association dedicated to talent development.

It includes:

  • Virtual sessions between Mentor and Mentee
  • Quarterly Mentor and Mentee Group sessions
  • Quarterly Mentor and Mentee Check-in sessions
  • At least one meeting every three weeks

Register today for one of two sessions to learn more about the AACUC Mentorship Program, you can register in advance for one or both of the on-line information session:  Nov. 17 at 3 p.m. ET or Nov. 18 at 12 p.m. ET
